What do I get from retailQ versus Shopify Analytics?
retailQ integrates all your data sources and is purpose built for helping commerce companies get the most out of their data.
Shopify's own analytics is tightly coupled with Shopify data, and is great for getting started, but limited when your store grows and you want to get deeper into analytics
Multi-store
retailQ can merge data from multiple Shopify accounts or organizations
10+ connectors
View your Shopify data alongside data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more
Unlimited dashboards
Shopify gives you a single dashboard, limiting the number of initiatives you can track.
Shared dashboards
Add members to retailQ who aren't on Shopify, and share dashboards amongst team members
Dashboard-level filters
Filter entire dashboards by anything - category, store, customer segment and more
A/B testing
Filter individual charts to track test and control groups, or different comparisons over time
Date options
Shopify pre-determines the dates displayed for metrics like refunds. RetailQ gives you a choice between relevant options, such as refund date or original sale date.
More metrics and dimensions
Access new metrics in retailQ like order cancellations and sales growth
Data history
retailQ preserves inventory and price history beyond Shopify's 90-day cut off.
Marketing insights
Connect marketing data from Google or Meta to get insights on your best ads, ROAS, CAC and more.
Merge Shopify data with...
retailQ allows you to merge Shopify data together with many other sources, like Google Analytics or advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Or, merge with your own custom data from an ERP or cloud warehouse.
